IRIS PROJECTminder Trading Update
2008 marks a new start for the company as we have started the year as the newest member of the Iris Group of Companies. Their enthusiasm and support for PROJECTminder is very positive for our clients and our own team in Brighton.
2007 was a pivotal one for PH-media and saw our market share continue to grow strongly. Again our continued investment in PROJECTminder and our customer service team saw our client retention rate remain at 98%.
Although 2008 will undoubtedly bring some challenges from a macro economic perspective, our financial security and ability to continue investing was an important factor in our decision to join forces with Iris. As evidence of the investment we are moving into our new purpose built offices in March and are continuing to grow the business across all areas. In addition we are investing in new customer service and support software to better manage, track and resolve customer queries. We will also be investing in more comprehensive training packages and consultants to help our new and existing clients maximise their return on investment from PROJECTminder.
We recognise that to remain competitive within our markets that we need to continue to innovate and deliver real measurable benefits to our clients. Our team both from a technical, support and training perspective are all focused on this goal and we look forward to working with you over the coming year.
