Upon going live you are able to fully utilise PROJECTminder, safe in the knowledge that your dedicated account manager is on hand 09:00 – 17:00 Monday to Friday to provide support.
Due to the web based nature of the system your account manager can provide real time support by logging into the exact area of the system you are experiencing problems with and talking you through the issue step by step.
