Fast, accurate and timely invoices are the cornerstone of good cash flow. Using invoice rules PROJECTminder® lets you set up the commercial terms of the contract with the client. As time and expenses are added and the project progresses the rules are checked. This ensures that the client is always billed as per the agreed terms against the approved time and expenses.
A list of invoice items is created which can then be amended or deleted. In each instance you can specify the text that you would like to appear on the invoice, either in summary format or itemised per item.
