- I can use PROJECTminder to ensure I deliver my projects on time and to budget. Warnings can be set up within PROJECTminder to alert me of potential overruns or budget overspends on a work stage. PROJECTminder gives me visibility of budgeted to actual in real time.
- When my partners/directors and I create reports in PROJECTminder, any information entered into the system will automatically update in these reports which can be drawn up at any time at the touch of a button. These reports can be standardised across the consultancy rather than everyone doing things “their way”, leading to a more consistent working methodology.
- PROJECTminder allows me to approve all the information that is entered before it is passed on up the chain.
