Is my data safe?

Our servers are of the highest specification and protected by industry standard technology as used by Amazon.com and the online banks.

By hosting the software for you we can ensure the security of your data, including backups. This allows us to offer instant support and a major cost saving in call out charges. You pay less and have less downtime. Our online clients also receive free product upgrades as they become available. This means that your software remains completely up to date with new features for no additional cost.

Can I get a copy of my data?

Yes. You can download a copy of your project reports any time you like. If you decide to stop using the system we will also supply you with a datasheet showing all of your costs.

What do we do about all of our historical data?

Once you are up and running with your current project data your account manager will help you with the transfer of historical data. This process ensures that you are up and running as quickly as possible and have the minimum amount of down time.

What was your software downtime over the last year?

Over the last year the system has been down for four evenings after 5pm whilst we made updates to the system. All users were notified a week in advance of this. There has been no other downtime.

My staff don’t fill in our existing timesheets, why would it be any different with PROJECTminder?

Because PROJECTminder has been developed on using knowledge gained working with over 5000 users, we are very confident in the ease of use of the time sheets. Many practices who were initially concerned about this have actually found the timesheets easier and faster to fill in than their previous system.

Must I have broadband to get the most out of PROJECTminder?

It is not essential to have a broadband/ADSL connection to get the most out of our products - it can be used comfortably over a dial-up connection although some larger reports may take a little longer to download.

Does the resourcing functionality cost extra?

No, unlike many other products on the market our fee is inclusive of all the components. You do not have to buy any additional modules.
