Cost-effective Solution
PROJECTminder for Engineers is cost-effective to set up and cost-effective to run. There is an initial setup and licence fee to get you up and running. This covers all of the services that you need to make the transition to PROJECTminder for Engineers including data management and on-site training.
Each month there is a monthly licence fee that is calculated based on your number of staff. Paying a monthly fee removes the need for you to make a large capital investment before you start seeing the benefits of PROJECTminder for Engineers. The monthly fee can be fed into your internal cost rates as a fixed monthly amount.

PROJECTminder for Engineers allows your staff to enter their project expenses and disbursements directly into the system ready for verification by your accounts department.
Bought in costs such as sub-consultants fees and planning applications can also be logged into PROJECTminder for Engineers giving you a total picture of how the project is performing.
The details are quickly viewed, edited and approved as required before being committed to the accounts software.
