Just contact the sales team either on e-Mail projectmindersales@iris.co.uk who will provide you with a sales order for the appropriate number of staff. Complete it, fax one copy to 0870 132 6174 and send two hard copies in the post.
Your monthly fee is collected by standing order monthly in advance on the 1st of the month and the contract is 12 months minimum. If you start in the middle of the month you will be sent a catch up invoice for the remaining days for that month - simple.
- Step 1 Within 48 hours of receiving the faxed order form your account and database will be setup for you.
- Step 2 You will have full access to your PROJECTminder system and the online help system.
- Step 3 Simply import your contacts and suppliers, then add your staff and projects to be able to start logging time. Provided all of your data is in Excel this should take a few hours at most.
- Step 4 We have preloaded PROJECTminder with plenty of information for you already - such as RIBA work stage templates, industry sectors, job roles and expense types. Just add, edit or remove the ones you want and off you go.
- Step 5 Should you require any assistance with getting up and running, free email support is provided by our customer support team. You can also upgrade to an on-site PROJECTminder training course to gain maximum benefit from the system.
