Cost-effective Solution
PROJECTminder for Architects is cost-effective to set up and cost-effective to run.
There is an initial setup and licence fee to get you up and running. This covers all of the services that you need to make the transition to PROJECTminder for Architects including data management and on-site training. Each month there is a monthly licence fee that is calculated based on your number of staff. Paying a monthly fee removes the need for you to make a large capital investment before you even start seeing the benefits of PROJECTminder for Architects. The monthly fee can be fed into your internal cost rates as a fixed monthly amount.
The business model for supporting an installed software base is many times more expensive than via the internet. This allows us to keep our prices low and invest in research and development to ensure your solution is always delivering the best business benefits.
No additional software licence fees are required for database or reporting tools such as Crystal.
With all upgrades, support and back-up included in the monthly fee you can budget with the confidence that you don’t have to purchase expensive upgrades to stay competitive.

Our connection software allows you to transfer information between PROJECTminder for Architects and your existing accounts software including SAGE Line 50 and Access Accounts (Access may require the purchase of an additional module to support this).
This reduces the manual work involved in processing fees, expenses and disbursements, and increases the speed and efficiency of billing and project reporting.

Expenses and disbursements
PROJECTminder for Architects allows your staff to enter their project expenses and disbursements directly into the system ready for verification by your accounts department.
Bought-in costs such as sub-consultants' fees and planning applications can also be logged into PROJECTminder for Architects giving you a total picture of how the project is performing.
The details are quickly viewed, edited and approved as required before being committed to the accounts software.
